Almost universally yes. Floor tickets necessarily imply that you are "in front" of the stage as you are where the ice rink would normally be. Side seats can be risky as if they are too close to the stage their view can be obstructed by side paneling or lighting fixtures. 200 and 300 seats perpendicular or behind the stage area are the worst options. Sometimes the 100 seats directly behind the stage are good, but generally only applies to some bands, as pop singers and bands might have video playing behind the stage (in this case back seats will not be available for purchase). In summation, floor seats or even the row seats opposite the stage sre your best bets in terms of having a clear line of sight. Further from the center line you risk partial obstructions. Floor seating is not height adjusted for seats further back so a tall person might also partially block your view. Obviously yhe vip seats close to the stage on the floor ground are the best option.
